The restaurant has moved to the back of Las Condes Teatro Monicipal, so the address here is wrong.
Besides the nice service from their crew, the menu is one of the nicest in grill restaurants, having all from meat to fish and seafood preparations on the grill.
We went there for a business lunch and the plates where wonderful. Meat ones where perfectly cooked as it where asked from each one of us, and the octopus was also fine. (I would have liked a little bit more generous portion in this particular plate, but the rest of the meal was almost perfect).
We where suggested to have our salads dressed with the House Dressing, and as it was explained by the waiter, almost all of us took it and enjoyed.

Very good place for a business lunch or dinner, not very suitable for children.

This hotel was right around the corner from the Ritz Carlton and recommended by the conceirge. We went for a late lunch-we all had seafood which was delicious and fresh. Salads are designed to share for two, entrees plus ala carte accompaniments. Great flavors and menu. We saw others having meat which also looked beautifully presented and savory.

We visited the fairly recently opened locale beside the Ritz-Carlton. Great location also behind the Municipal Center which has a Theater, so great for a before or after theater meal. Also within easy walking distance of many other top business hotels such as the 'W' the Radisson and Intercontinental. On our visit in winter it was raining and quite cold but with a lovely terrace the restaurant would be a great choice for a balmy summer evening. The Service was not pushy as has been reported in other reviews but friendly and attentive. The wine list is very extensive with premium wines topping out at approx US$1100 per bottle. We stayed with the wine by the glass offering which in fact turned out to be one of my favorite Sauvignon Blancs from the Leyda Valley region near the coast. Perfectly fine. We started with Ostiones to share which were good but could have been better with less of the sauce. My Bife Chorizo was good but not great and my wife's salmon delicious. Sides are extra and ours included a grilled sampling of carrot, onions, eggplant and mushrooms - very tasty. The Idaho potato offering was poor and not recommended-too little potato and too much sour cream. our choice for dessert was great. A kind of caramelised fig with berry ice cream-delicious. The atmosphere was good, airy and bright. Probably they were trying for the minimalist style but personally I would have liked to see some contemporary decor to add interest. In summary, a good all-round grade from me.

We had a nice view of the interior of the dining room as well as the side walk on this beautiful day in Santiago. Everyone appeared to be enjoying lunch. The menu was extensive and our choices were excellent. The wine menu was interesting with the right wines for pairing with the menu selections. The room was cheery and comfortable with light-colored furniture and wood floors. The servers were attentive and pleasant. We stayed for about 2 hours enjoying the conversations going on around us in a language we don't speak. The restaurant was on the same block as our hotel and recommended by our guide. We were not disappointed. We stayed so long and ate so much that we cancelled our dinner reservations that night. Check it out.

Tierra Noble has been one of my favorite restaurants in Santiago this year. They opened a second location next to the Ritz and have managed to maintain quality, however I find service may be a step behind their first location (on Nueva Costanera). Meats, fish and seafood are done very well on the grill, quality and taste are always consistent.

Their salads are also very good, their house dressing being my favorite for most of the salads.

Their prietas (blood sausage) are amazing, best I have tried in a long time highly recomended as a starter.

Location is nicely done with wood finishing and use of leather gives the place a nice warm feel.
