This was the best (peruvian) restaurant that I have been to in Santiago. It is a bit small and gets very crowded at lunch time so you better reserving a place or arriving early. It opens up at 13:00h. Worth trying!

The ceviche was fantastic, the tacutacu with camarones was superb, the ambiance is ok. Overall experience, a must go for peruvian food in Santiago.

This restaurant is a bit off the tourist track, but worth searching out if you like Peruvian food. Their best offering is their ceviches. They have some interesting variations, including an excellent mixed ceviche with a coriander sauce. This was recommended by the waiter and he got a nice tip. There is a photo of it on my TA pages. A lot of the dishes are variations on classic themes. Service is good, friendly without being overwhelming. The portions are large and we usually share a starter and have a ceviche each. We never have room for dessert. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and service. It gets very crowded at lunchtime, I haven't been at night, so booking is advised. Parking is difficult in the area, so taking a taxi or public transport is a good idea. That way you can have one of their extra large "catedral" pisco sours.
