I have been to this restaurant for lunch lately. The restaurant is located is close to patio Bellavista, and the interior is very nice, as it reproduce a old house with a patio. As for the food, I had meat that was good and well garnished. Very good was also the bread (I think it had basil in it) and the sauce that was served as a starter. Service was rapid and efficient. Perhaps prices are slightly higher than those of similar locations in Santiago, but given the central location of the restaurant they seemed reasonable to me.

What a fabulous night. Our waiter, Miguel, was simply awesome. He chose all our meals for us and they were fantastic... The whole restaurant is very cool, with live music included. Thanks for a memorable night!

We were a group of 6 and had an early reservation because it is very popular. We were one of the first tables seated and it was upstairs. Lots of choices on the menu and the portions were large. I ordered an appetizer as a meal so I could enjoy the desserts too. It is very loud and is a "cute" place in terms of decor. Looks like it could be in Disneyland.

We had some questions and given the noise level the waitress did not get our order correctly. We ended up not getting some dishes which were on the bill. It took some time straightening that out. Knowing that they expected to reseat the table, we had planned a three hour dinner and 30 minutes before the end we flagged down our waitress and asked if we had time for dessert. She said no. Really, really disappointing.

Overall, if you like the cheesecake factory chain in the US, you will probably like this place (big portions and average quality). If you want dessert, better order it first.

Our small tour group visited on a busy night in early November. We had a great table, and our server spoke very good English. We sampled a variety of dishes, focussing mostly on seafood. The ceviche was the hit of the evening. The wine list is extensive and varied, so our group was more than satisfied. We were entertained by an acoustic guitar player who added nicely to the ambience. It is perhaps a bit touristy as evidenced by the amount of English we heard, but not distractingly so.

We shared a starter - Aji Relleno de Sonora [stuffed pepper with slightly spicy cheese sauce]. It was first class and would recommend. Followed by Merluza [hake] a la Diable [husband] and for me Raviolette de Centolla [crab]. Both superb. Then just had to finish with the signature Como Agua para Chocolate which was also superb. Good bottle of Savignon Blanco Medalla Real Santa Rita.
It was such a good meal that I wrote down exactly what we ate. We sat outside and service was excellent and friendly.
