I was in this Hotel just two days ago. The pictures they show about the Hotel at their website have a lot of photoshop. I'm very disappointed about the place. The service is terrible.
The TV didn't work. The shower tap water was broken. The soap is too cheap for a "3 stars hotel". No shampoo either. Nothing to drink. Somebody has to go to the near convenient store. ( But the place around is too dangerous). If somebody from the hotel brings a bottle of water for you, will charge you double. If you claim over the following day, nobody knows about it, therefore your money gone. The most terrible is the breakfast they are offering: No eggs, no fruits, no orange juice; Just cheap corn flakes cereal and kumis in a very cheap containers from the market, or coffe to make yourself. Honestly I don't know how the Chilean authorities does rate hotels, but definitely this place is too horrible for a 3 stars hotel. I'm definitely not never ever recommend this place. My name Is Frank Silval as my passport shows.

Room tip: I won't recommend it.

Good location in Paris/Londres...a bit of a surprise...we were not expecting a hotel/hostel. But the Australian receptionist was marvelous, we had a very large room on the ground floor looking out to the courtyard. Its a bit eclectic, and by no means modern, but for the price and location it works out just fine! Great recommendation for dinner in a barrio we didn't know, even thought we've been to Santiago several times.

Room tip: The double on the main floor is very big, but opens up to the tv lounge.

this hotel/ hostel is located in the heart of the paris/ londres district mentioned in all the tourist guides....a picturesque building in a charming neighborhood. the room was ok, high ceilings and spacious [i had a 'PREMIUM" room] wifi was good, breakfast so/so. service was a bit chaotic, but everyone was pleasant. if you want everything perfect, this is not the place but i would recommend the it for the location and value...all of el centro is an easy walk, and the metro is meters away.

Room tip: we faced londres st and had no problem with noise on the second floor. there is no elevator

The hotel is old and would need to be refurbished. It is clean. It is located in a nice and central area. The staff is very welcoming. This is reasonable for Santiago.

We stayed only one night with a friend who was in a single room. I did not see his room, but I imagine it was a lot worse than ours because he said he had no windows.

We had a room with a window directly on the charming square beneath. We woke up with a photo shooting below our window. The room was very nice and with shared bathroom.
