Checked in as Titianium Elite member for SPG/Bonvoy program. They gave me an extra large bottle of water and complimentary breakfast. They put me in 17th floor just a floor below the rooftop swimming pool and gym. View is spectacular! especially when you go to the rooftop viewing and even have a dedicated selfie area LOL, Services is very good, staff are all helpful and friendly.

Hotel is next to a large mall (that is quite boring American mall type but has a food court as well as many resturants) and also a large super market, tottus Kenndy, The complimentary washer and dryer is god sent when we went to this hotel right after visiting salt flats in Bolivia and San Pedro de Attacama.

Trip to downtown can be done by Uber but we used the public metro. Quite a walk from and to the metro but is a pleasant and safe walk.

Recommended hotel

Only problem was that we asked for foam pillow from the front desk before going out but when we came back, did not see any foam pillow in the room.

The check-in process was a breeze. The staffs in the Front Office checked us in, gave us restaurant recommendations, and helped us book winery tour. They were courteous and provided outstanding service!

Because of our Marriott Platinum Titanium status, we received a plate of local (exotic) fruits, a small bottle of wine, and a few Lipton ‘Magic India’ tea bags. We also received complimentary breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel until we were in the process of checking-out. Because our flight was early in the morning, we asked for breakfast to go the evening before. We were told we had to do that at the bar which we did. During check-out, while we were making payment, we asked about our breakfast to go. The 2 gentlemen working at the Front Office said there was nothing notated for our room. After we told them we went to the bar area the night before to put in the request, one of them then went to the back room and came back holding 2 boxes and 2 bananas. We didn’t see bottled water and asked about beverage since we put in request for bottled water. They said they didn’t have bottled water and handed us 2 cups of water without lid instead. We then asked for a bag because clearly we could not carry these 6 items (2 to-go boxes, 2 bananas, and 2 cups of water without lid) altogether and at the same time wheeled our 2 carry-on suitcases with small bags attached to the top of the carry-on. They told us they didn’t have a bag. Imagine each of us had to roll 1 carry-on suitcase and carry 3 loose items with 2 hands. How was that possible?

We were very disappointed. The hotel clearly didn’t fully prepare our breakfast. We truly hope this feedback will be a learning lesson and will not happen again to other hotel guests.

Staying here from 13-15 May.

Got the highest floor 17 n the view is spectacular.

Went to the terrace at 18 floor to watch sunset , is so beautiful.

Worth staying here as there is a big park opposite the hotel & there is a big & attas shopping center next to this hotel.

Thankyou to Andrea Reda for making our welcome at the Hotel the most comfortable. We were quickly let into our room and were offered a kind invitation to have breakfast. This was 11 May at 11am. Many thanks to her and her management. This level of attention makes all the difference. Thanks too to Daniel Caraballo for helpling us with a late check on Mothers day.

This hotel has an incredible location, very near to the Las condes shopping center and is inside a complex that houses also a supermarket and several stores. The room is also nice but the bathrooms are prefabricated so do not expect a huge sink to place your toiletries. The breakfast was really really good, and a highlight. Also the gym and pool are really good to unwind. Overall a really nice property in an incredible location.
