I would venture to guess most people have a fairly solid grasp of what the McDonald's dining experience entails. This particular restaurant offers most of the same fare that you would find at any other McDonalds; however, I was disappointed to see that the breakfast menu was subpar compared to that on offer in the states. I opted for the ham and guacamole breakfast sandwich, which regrettably was not a rewarding option. If you are going to make a break for familiarity by visiting this McDonald's, then you had best stick to lunch.

It's a McDonald's, much the same as everywhere else in the world that is a McDonald's. That being said, the staff here were nice and patient with people such as myself who do not speak Spanish as a first language.

They have a separate booth at the side of the street facing the building for Universidad Andres Bello just for ice cream and staff here are very fast and efficient with your order.

service is slow and not Professional (while they have the ticket with your order, they can ask if you want a large or medium drink/fries). apat from that, that's the same food served everywhere in the world. no comment

As my wife is a very fussy eater we often eat at McDonalds outlets in many cities of the world. This one was in the Santiago University area therefore well geared for fresh servings of the usual food. We both ate 10 McNuggets, fries and Coke. Although it was busy with both eat in and eat out customers we easily got a clean seat and table on both occasions during our 30 hour stopover. The McD was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly & helpful. The location of this McD was also near to a very busy cross roads with jugglers performing each time the traffic stopped for the lights. Great fun and an added spectacle. Also nearby there was an artisan market selling really beautiful leather shoes and boots, sadly we were weight restricted having cruised from the UK via Brazil. Uraguay and Chile but flying back to UK.
