We picked this hotel just from looking on the internet and booked it for 4 days. We liked it so much that we extended our booking for 6 more nights. The staff is extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Most of them speak English. The rooms were nice and we had a great view. Our favorite was the pool area. It was well taken care of and quiet. The breakfast buffet (included in the price) was high standard with a lot of choices and fresh food. Well worth the money.

Room Tip: If you want to have a great view ask make sure you ask for a room with a view otherwise you might en...

Across the street from Santa Lucia park. This park is nice to look at or walk around in. Rooms were good. Breakfast was above average. The staff was especially helpful. Hotel is in a nice area close to convenience stores.

I choose the hotel as the Caesar was recently added to the accor group.

People at the hotel are friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I got an iffy room, stained carpet, stains on furniture, mold in shower... the air conditioning is noisy.

To top it all of, I woke up at 8:30 AM with the cleaning lady standing next to my bed. I found out that indeed there is no way to close up your room (no chain...) and I truly wonder what business she had to do in my room as I was checking out the very same day.

The location is good and the public spaces look fine, with terrace and swimming pool for a decent price.

Unfortunately there are some basic safety and hygiene rules which make this place an absolute no go!

Located in the old Santiago district, this hotel, is not easy to see, as it is in front of a big bus-stop.
But except of this there's a lot of strenght point.
Price : 140 usd per night, for a very clean and confortable room and free wifi. Breakfast included.
Location : front of the public library, and near to all the must-see of Santiago
eating : breakfast is compelte from sweet (fruit cereals ect.) to salted items (chees ham etc.), also restaurant is good for dining or lunch
Frienly staff : they helped me when i was in need, really friendly

Room Tip: ask for higher level, as it is really central and near to a main street

A good hotel in a great location right in downtown Santiago. Rooms are large and clean, not luxurious but perfectly fine. The rooms at the front have a good view of the the city and Cerro Santa Lucia. The only thing missing is tea & coffee making facilities which is a bit strange for a hotel of this standard.

Most of the staff speak reasonable English which was useful as my Spanish is very basic. They were also very helpful with things like re-confirming tours and organising airport transfers.

Breakfast was the standard hot and cold hotel buffet - no worse or better than any other similar type of hotel, but was included as part of the room rate. Can't comment on dinner as I ate in Lastarria which is a nice restaurant area 5-10 minutes walk away - the hotel surroundings felt safe even at night. Free wi-fi throughout the hotel was plenty fast enough for web browsing and e-mails.

Room Tip: Get a room at the front for a nicer view

This hotel is great, especially if you want something central. A few metres from the metro station, close to shops, sightseeing and great restaurants. The staff were fabulous. We had a front room on the 14th floor. With the window closed there was very little road noise. The pool and bar area on the 5th floor was great. We ate in the Lastarria area which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
