Stay away. Price completely without proportions.

When I arrived, I found used soap in the bathroom, used shampoo, and used tissue paper on the kitchen table.

I made a mistake, and walked with no shoes, just to find out my feet turned black (totally black) from walking in the room.

No mosquito nets, so be careful when opening the windows.

No air condition, so you should open the windows...

And no matter if open or closed, they do not block any noise.

House cleaning services just use their key and come in, without asking. There is no 'do not disturb' option.

The only redeeming point, is the extremely nice person in the reception. But without knowing any English, how much help can he really give?

Overall feeling is that the Hotel is sub-standard. A very simple apart-hotel, with outdated furniture, small and old 20-inch-screen TV (no LED or LCD).
Breakfast is not good at all. I preferred to skip it altogether.
Connection to wi-fi is not stable, so not recommended for business travelers.
To summarize, I would not recommend this hotel it as it is today.

I love this Apart hotel, I never have had a bad experience on the contraries, I have good memories, is closed to all good transportation to the city, has supermarkets and mall, yes you have to walk to it but it is a nice walk, the staff try to please you on the best way, I read some other reviews and I don't understand why they have had bad experiences as they said.
I won't change this place for another place, and if you run into a problem am sure they will fix it right way just have to ask! Not write bad reviews. This place is very clean!!!! never duty.

Room Tip: VIP is a better choice!

We were five: my wife, and my son's family, including a 9 years old granddauther. The apartment was confortable and clean and generally met our expectation in terms of quality/price. Location is good because it is close to metro and to transportation in Apoquindo street, but quite noisy. The staff was friendly but services overall were deficient. We were particularly annoiyed by the fact that out of 6 days in the apartment, the internet and cable TV connections did not work for 3 days. The breakfast that is offered could be improved considerably. After the first day, we opted to fix our own breakfast for the rest of the stay. If you rent a car, while there are small parking places in the same building, it is difficul to park, unless you have a very small car. Parking in the street could be risky.

Checked into the Dali Apart Hotel 31 January and checked out 3 February 2011. Department 604.

We were asked to pay by credit card but prefered to pay by cash. We were told it would be US$89 cash or Pesos Chilean 51,000 (US$105 equivalent) cash. You are charged a levy if you pay in Chilean pesos. Obviously the room rates vary considerably with the currency of payment , which is most unusual.

We paid by the day as it arrived and I we fortunately insisted on receipt of payment for each day. On the third day when paying the bill they informed us that we had only paid for one night. I produced the receipts to prove otherwise . The computer records had not been updated. Obviously the staff are inefficient. There was no apology given.

The hotel does not have bidets in the toilet for hygenic wash.

The apartment had no airconditioning and was very stuffy and hot .

The section of the patio window has been broken and a portion of the glass was missing.

The apartment has several security issues of concern. Firstly the access to the apartment could be gained by simply lifting the sliding patio door off it security catch. This would apply to all the apartments as they are identical. Secondly the maid who serviced the apartment did not active both door locks when leaving the apartment after cleaning. A device could easily be slipped between the door jam and door handle lock to trigger a release of the door lock finger. Thirdly the fire escape door which led to the lower carpark was continuosly being left open. Forthly there was no security safe in the room.

The apartment lacked some essential kitchen tools such as a food preparation knife for cutting meat, bread or veges. There were no matches to light the stove, dish washing detergentor or a tea towel .

The apartment was large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable although traffic noise could be heard. The location is near the Manquehue underground station which allowed easy access to central Santiago .

Breakfast was most acceptable and was brought to the room each morning. It consisted of a bread roll, cheese or ham, fresh fruit, coffee or tea and yogurt .

We changed hotels and stayed at the Apart Hotel Principado for US$60 per day. A much better deal. It is located near to the Santiago Zoo.

Recomendo.
