Stayed here for 3 nights for leisure purposes. Was instantly impressed on arrival. It is in a nice safe area and the decor throughout is very slick and stylish.
Check in was professional and efficient. The room (on 11th floor) was spacious and as a corner room had the most amazing views of the Andes one side and Sky tower the other.
Spotlessly clean and very modern decor. Bed was very comfortable and slept well. Good, large walk in shower and nice toiletries provided.
Breakfast is beautifully presented and offers a good choice. Poached eggs, omelettes and eggs benedict were all cooked to order perfectly. The service from the waiters and waitresses was exceptionally friendly and helpful and they really tried hard to please.
Location... Easy walking distance from a large shopping mall. Has loads of eateries and also has the kiosk to book the hop on hop off bus. Nice relaxing way to see the sights and get around Santiago. Includes stops to ride on the cable cars and visit the Sky tower.
Concierge Fiorella kindly assisted us with arranging a taxi back to the airport (cost £21).
Everything went very smoothly here and it was a great experience. Overall had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend and would love to return to stay here again.

Room tip: Corner room on a high floor

We stayed here for 2 nights before embarking on our cruise. Hotel situated some way out of city but shopping and eating mall 10 minutes walk away with plenty of choices.
Hop on/off bus also near so quiet but convenient location. Rooms were of a good standard and facilities excellent. Each evening there was a free “cocktail of the day” demonstration in the lovely patio area. We also ate there one night.
Would highly recommend, only reason this was not a 5 rating is that our room had a musty smell that disappeared once AC was activated. We would have mentioned this had we been staying for longer and the excellent staff would have sorted.

We stayed here for three nights in March and from the moment we walked in to the hotel we knew it was going to be a good stay.

The hotel is in a very good location, easy walking distance to some good restaurants and shopping. There is also a very nice shopping mall very close to the hotel as is the hop on hop off bus.

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable and there is a small outside pool and sun bathing area which are very nicely done so you can sit and relax after exploring the city.

The hotel has a club room which is also a very nice area to use. Unlike other hotel club rooms only the first alcoholic drink is complimentary. The food choices are very nice.

The staff make this hotel, they are all very happy and very very helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay.

Santiago is a great place to visit, there is so much to see and do. You definitely need at least 3 days as it’s a huge place to get round.

We left here and took a bus to Mendoza as we had already flown over the Andes twice. The bus took 6 hours and was efficient and very comfortable, with large reclining seats, Spanish films and complimentary snacks and drinks. A must do, in the day light as the views are lovely. The team at the hotel are able to assist with the bus booking.

We will revisit this hotel and Santiago as we enjoyed both very much.

A good hotel with new or renovated rooms, and situated not far from a large mall and a large number of restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a very nice pool and a couple of bars/restaurants. The room service is swift and has very good food.Thumbs up

Very commutable hotel. Not far from the airport and 20 mins from the centre of town. The downside is the lack of sunlight on the pool area. It unfortunately disappears behind the adjacent building for a good portion of the day. My trip coincided with slightly cooler weather where the sun was needed for the warmth. This was not my favourite hotel pool deck. Service - very friendly.
