We participated in this with the owner, Connie, and completely enjoyed ourselves. We are big fans of cooking at home and we pleased to learn new techniques and the process of making several authentic Chilean meals. The atmosphere in the kitchen was excellent since it was a local apartment. It felt very homey and contributed to the experience. Highly recommended.

We visited Santiago in June of 2013 and did a lot of walking around and touring. I wanted to do something special. This was what my teenage daughter and I needed; bonding, fun, laughs and an education in Chilean cooking and wines. It’s also great for friends and couples.

Connie and Stejepan were awesome. They’re both knowledgeable in Chilean food and wine. They were able to answer all our questions.

The kitchen was perfect. The table was set, fresh fruit and vegetables were lovely. We had printed recipes to follow along. We assisted preparing all the food and making the dishes. The fish, meats, vegetables and spices were great. There was food to snack on while we prepared the meal which was a bonus for us because in the States we eat dinner a lot earlier than the Chileans do.

My daughter does not like fish but she liked the Ceviche, especially the juice. She is going to prepare all the meals for her friends when she comes home next month.
The meals were absolutely delicious. There was so much food, we did not leave hungry. This is worth the money. Loved it!

Also, if you don’t like fish, are a vegetarian or have food allergies, let them know in advance and they will customize your experience for you.

I participated in a cooking class recently with a friend and it was a great experience. Connie and Stephan were excellent and energetic teachers who love food, wine, Latin culture and meeting new people. We learned how to prepare pisco sours, ceviche, empanadas, crab cakes and flan, all in one enlightening and enjoyable evening. This was one of the highlights of a 3 week trip to Chile and Argentina. Great fun!

We had an unforgetable experience! Cooking traditional Chilean food with the freshest and best quality ingredients equals amazing dishes. The kitchen was very comfortable and welcoming and the location was easy to find. Best pisco sour and empanada I have ever eaten in Chile, worth every penny! Thank you Constanza and Stefan for the wonderful experience my mom and I will never forget.

We were able to get into the class with Connie and Raul on short notice, which was great. It was just my husband and I, but we soon had two new friends with Connie and Raul. We got to be involved with a lot of the cooking, though some prep was done ahead of time. The food was delicious. The best ceviche we've had so far. The pairings were also really great and the wine was plentiful. Connie was also really great at giving us recommendations for the rest of our time in Santiago. Our best night in Santiago.
