Owner description: Costanera Center opened its doors in June of 2012 in Providencia, one of Santiago’s most happening neighborhoods. With more than 197,000 square meters of floor area, it is Chile’s and Latin America’s largest mall and one of the most important on the continent. Thanks to its location, connection with the community and access to public transportation, it is easily accessible from many different parts of Santiago. Visitors love the more than 300 stores distributed throughout six thematically-organized floors including exclusive boutiques and the best international brands such as H&M, Banana Republic, Gap, Topman, Aristocrazy, Hugo Boss, Guess and Zara, among others. An exclusive benefits program called “On Tour Costanera Center” is available to foreign tourists. The discount bracelet opens the door to enticing offers at more than 100 stores. To register, go to the On Tour booth on the second floor of the mall, show your foreign passport or ID and enjoy the program s benefits. Costanera Center also has a wide variety of the best culinary options including a strip with different types of restaurants, a 2,000 person capacity food court, 12 Premium movie theaters and a supermarket, in addition to other services. And that is not all... Sky Costanera was recently opened on the upper floors of the tower. This highest observation deck in Latin America is 300 meters high and is the only one with a 360-degree view of Santiago. Sky Costanera is open every day of the year, except state holidays, and offers free guided visits in three languages. Costanera Center has undeniably become a Santiago icon and is a must-see for locals and tourists alike.

This is a top-notch mall. You can find anything you need. And the live music on the weekend fills the place with a comfortable sound. Prices are high though -- expect international pricing.

This is a large, modern mall in a nice neighborhood of Santiago -- other modern buildings are nearby yet also a good bit of "good old Santiago" so the neighborhood doesn't feel sanitized of character.

There is a very good selection of stores. This includes a lower level supermarket where you can buy almost anything you need for food and toiletries and more. The upper levels have restaurants and a food court. The food court lines were so long at the popular hotdog place I chose that I think the Chilean idea of "fast food" may be a little different from my American idea of it. It was popular for a good reason -- terrific food for a great price! Also, the servers in the restaurants and food court where we ate were very nice and helpful, despite my limited Spanish and their limited English.

The stores are nice and most are a bit upscale. There are several options for winter clothes in case you're going skiing during your trip!

Thank Scott G

Amazing shopping mall! New, spacious, lots of good store options, huge food court. Decent restaurant options, sometimes overcrowded. Hard Rock Cafe in the 1st level, highly recommended. 3 options for wine purchasing, recommend Jumbo, the supermarket. :)

It's nico place to take a walk, shopping.
There are many shops.
It make me surprised.
There are also restaulant.
So, we can stay there for long time.

ショッピングモール内に銀行はあるものの、外貨から現地通貨には両替できません。
唯一これだけは不便でした。

I purchased six bottles of wine at the El Mundo del Vino located at this mall to take back with me to the United States. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting wines and then packed them up very securely for me. Each bottle was placed in an inflatable pack and then all six bottles placed in a box that could be checked in as baggage for my return flights. Each bottle survived the two flights it took to get back to New York undamaged.

There were other nice stores in this mall. I was able to get World Cup tee shirts at Paris and a few nice alpaca items at KUNA. The top floor has a good selection of restaurants - fast food and more elegant.
