“Excellent vision, excellent delivery”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 19, 2013

After reading all the reviews here i had high hopes for this place, specially because it seemed to put forward a new vision to experience wine in Santiago. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this place is all that based on the reviews in trip advisor I thought was going to be. You can tell every little thing in the restaurant was carefully thought of and meticusly chosen....starting from the ambiance of the place, the wines, the food, the cellar, the staff...even the place mats! Totally worth it.

“Not just a wine bar!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 17, 2013

A great selection of Chilean wines. Many available by the glass and a good selection of wine flights. The food was excellent and although it is not a large menu it seems like there was something to satisfy everyone's taste. Our waiter made wine flight suggestions for each of our dishes, including desert.

Our party of two each had an appetizer, main dish, desert (shared) and bottled water. We had 3 wine flights plus two more glasses of wine and our bill was only 48000 CLP.

The owner, Jerome, was on hand to give us a quick tour of the cellar. It's obvious that he enjoys what he does.

We were temped to eat here all three of our nights in Santiago.

“Authentic Wine Bar”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 15, 2013

As with most places we went in Chile, the service was pleasant and efficient. The lively vibe of a true wine bar spilled out into the street for good people watching. Menu had lots of suggested wine groupings with one price for 3 tastings. Wines at all price points available. We ordered only an appetizer platter, but the people eating full dinners seemed happy too.

“A Delight”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 15, 2013

Never seen this before but you are asked what kind of food you would like (obviously!) advised on the type of wines that would be a complement, and then offered 'flights' or small glasses of three different wines (and the order to drink them) to see which ones you like best. All three in my case. The wine list is extensive to say the least; fills a whole wall and supposedly one of the largest collections in the country. Great idea, great food, and interesting owner who made a point of spending some time with all the diners.

“Great wines, good food, very knowledgeble staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 13, 2013

We ate here on two successive days mainly because of the good wines. The place is usually crowded so come early or reserve. The menu has not so many options, but we were pleasantly surprised about the quality. Their wine tasting combinations are very interesting for those who do not know wine well, excellent idea! A pleasure to be at this restaurant.
