I had a good stay in this Hotel, it is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood in the city. Food was a bit pricey but good. Also I had a problem connecting to the internet and the staff helped me solve the problem on the computer. I recommend this place.

The Hotel's idea of an express breakfast if you have to check out early in the morning to catch a flight is a disgrace, especially as you have most probably paid for a full buffet breakfast. Express breakfast is cardboard sandwiches made the night before and left out for you, and a pot of coffee. The rooms vary, depending if you have a refurbished one or not. You need to take a universal sink plug with you.

Room Tip: For a big room you need a room at the end of the hall.

Dear guest, your feedback is really important for us and has been taken on board to help us to keep improving. Our rates include free buffet breakfast which is served from 7:00 to 10:30 in our restaurant. We are aware that our express breakfast is not as good as our guest diserve, and are currently working to improve ir. If you could give us input it would be very helpfull.
Please take into consideration that the kitchen is closed at night and opens at 6.30 in the morning. We are very sorry you were not satisfied with our express breakfast and we will take your opinion into account to deliver a better service. Kind regards,

The hotel has big rooms, updated and clean. The breakfast was generous as well, and the pool is conveniently located by the restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served.
The neighborhood is really nice, big trees cover the streets, you can go for long walk without feeling the scorching sun. Very good price-value hotel.

We finished a fantastic Chile trip here. The hotel is in a quite street of an upmarket area. We were upgraded to a junior suite on the third floor, very nice but at the limit of the wifi so reception was patchy. None the less a large comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Nice sunny patio/pool areas, courteous staff and an adequate breakfast presentation all go to make this a recommended hotel. It is a fifteen minute walk to the nearest metro station.

Good location in a quite residential area in Providencia about 20 minutes from the airport. All staff were very friendly and helpful at any time. Even going above and beyond making our reservations for dinner in Spanish and making sure our taxi knew how to get there. Clean rooms. No alarm clock. Two fast elevators. An older building so you could people on your floor shut their door and walk to the elevator. Bed was comfortable but the linen was not high quality and noisy. Outlets worked fine. Rooms are small, some only 14'x14'. So you could stand at the bed and still touch the bathroom vanity. Breakfast was a very good buffet with fresh fruit, sausage, eggs, breads and cheeses. Juices, tea and coffee. Wi-Fi worked well on any floor and lobby as well as the charming cafe connected to the building. This is about a 15-20 minute walk to any restaurants and night life. But you go through a wonderful residential area with great sidewalks and lots of light at night with the locals biking and walking with children. Very safe area.

If I were single and on a budget this would work fine.

Comfortable place to stay. Lots of outdoor seating for wine sipping. Courteous and helpful staff. Delicious food, a top-rated hotel breakfast buffet and well prepared dinners. We were there 2 nights one week and another 2 nights about a week later. The second room was facing the pool area and I was pleasantly surprised that it was so quiet. Staff arranged taxis were reasonably priced, on time, and quite pleasant. We walked just about everywhere and felt very comfortable in this neighborhood after dark.

Room Tip: Poolside is secluded from all street noise.

The hotel Bonaparte is located in a relatively quiet residential area of the city of Santiago. It is a modernized old mansion probably owned and built by some wealthy industrialist in the 19th century. Therefore it is not a modern tower although its facilities are functional and modernized. The rooms are fairly well appointed and very clean. It is a relatively small hotel with only three floors. There is wi-fi which worked very well and a decent, if not spectacular breakfast is included. There are two main features of this hotel which leads me to recommend it. First, it is located in a safe residential area and given the size of the city and its major arteries choked with traffic all day long, the lack of traffic and noise in this area is very important. Second, its staff is super friendly and helpful. They answer questions readily and are happy to give advice. I particularly valued the help of Alberto at the desk.

A metro station is about 15 minutes away. Their restaurant serves good meals at fairly reasonable prices and, on the whole, I enjoyed my stay there.

Room Tip: Back and side rooms are close to a large apartment building and can be noisy if there are parties.
