“Perfect place to reflect on your trip”
Reviewed December 6, 2012

Great views of the city and easy to get to the top in 10-15 minutes. I began to love Santiago 4 years ago atop this hill with no idea then I'd be living a couple blocks from it several years later.

A place which you should definitely visit in Santiago! Gives a perfect view of the city without climbing too much.

“Great fountains, dangerous stairs”
Reviewed December 4, 2012

Great view and a nice free way to spend some time. Lots of stairs and some of them were in really bad shape. Not suitable for disabled persons or if you are unsure of your footing.

“Neptune fountain park entrance.”
Reviewed December 1, 2012

This is at the edge of downtown and a wonderful place to overlook the city and enjoy the park. There is no admission fee. The fountain and staircase entrance is quite spectacular. We tried mote con huesellos (sp?) which is peaches with wheat, and a good, cool Chilean drink at the stand at the top of the park. You will see signs for it all over Chile.

“This park is a "must"”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

Beautiful gardens, grand architecture and spectacular view of the city. Cerro Santa Lucia is a must-see--the views from the mirador at the summit offer amazing panoramic views of the entire city and the surrounding mountains, and along the way are many other photo-worthy opportunities.
