We did not stay in the hotel section. We stayed in apartment 55. This is an amazing apartment in an amazing location. There is a washing machine and 2 rooms and a kitchen. It's great value.
There is great restaurants on the same street. It's a short walk to the subway. The hotel staff are very helpful. The breakfast is ok.

This is a quaint place on a one way street and walkable to many restaurants and shops. They have a breakfast that is included and is served in a sunny type room. We picked this hotel since it was coming highly recommended on Cruise Critics due to them also lining up transportation for you to the cruise terminal. In our case, we wanted to spend a night on the coast before heading off to the ship and they got us a nice day tour that took in the changing of the guard in Santiago, a nice vineyard about the half way point from there and the coast, Valparaiso and dropping us off at a hotel in Vina del Mar. The service at the hotel was excellent and we were able to use public transportation for anything we wanted to see while staying here.

Delightful early 20th century hotel in the fashionable Providencia section of Santiago on a busy one-way street with many restaurants and shopping nearby ... sunny garden for breakfast (included) ... but when we made our reservation only an "apartment" was available ... two bedrooms, kitchen, living-dining room for a modest price ... sounded good BUT, the "apartment" was actually in a modern glass tower building two city blocks away from the actual hotel and on a noisy street corner ... the apartment was furnished in the very latest IKEA modern but also quite uncomfortable furniture, not at all fitting with our neo-colonial expectations or the pictures we had seen of the main facility. I would stay there again, but would prefer a smaller room in the older hotel main building. I have to admit that having what amounted to a suite at a hotel room price would be good especially for an extended stay.

Room Tip: I would have preferred a room in the main hotel.

We spent two nights in the hotel on arriving in Chile. Rooms are small but comfortable, cosy and well appointed; breakfast is excellent and coffee, cakes and fruit juice are available all day. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and speak good English. Location is good with very good restaurants, cafes and shops around the hotel. The metro is only 5 minutes away, making this a good base to explore Santiago

Stayed for three nights and would have stayed longer. Hotel is very nice- clean, well appointed, and the staff is very friendly. Great location- safe and close to metro and cafes. We definitely would return.
