Highly recommended
- very clean room
- very pretty hotel, reminded us of our small hotel in Paris
Breakfast area was pretty, many sofas around reception. Cosy feel
- good shower, water pressure is strong. With hot/cold water mixer so don't need to turn on 2 knobs to try to adjust water temperature
- firm pillows, comfortable big bed with thick quilt.
- simple international breakfast, with the usual breads, cheese, ham, eggs, fruits, juices and some cakes. Good and sufficient.
- friendly and helpful staff
- only problem is that sometimes the wifi "Orly2b" does not work well on our iPhones and half the time we cannot detect the wifi at night
- TV has English channels like AXN
- safe is small, laptop cannot fit into safe but not an issue for us

Thanks to the hotel staff, we had a very pleasant 2-night stay.

Great small hotel in Santiago. Very simple but with everything you need; incredibly helpful staff with excellent English, tea, coffee and cold drinks available all day, comfortable sitting rooms and great location. Some of the furnishings are a bit tired and occasionally things don't work but it's very relaxed with loads of character - like staying with a good friend.

Delightful 4 night stay through SouthAmerica.Travel. This older property has been well maintained, except for the elevator, which was being serviced during our stay. There's a nice restaurant with outside seating on a covered terrace several steps above the street. A complete buffet breakfast was included and served indoors or in a glass covered patio. Our upgraded room had a spotless new bathroom and a sitting room with a sofabed and minibar, with complimentary bottled water. Multilingual staff was very helpful. Subway was about 4 blocks away. Four steps up to the lobby, good security.

My mother, friend and I stayed for two stays in two different apartments and loved it. We first stayed in a modern designed one on the corner near the corner of Andres bellows(2nd floor). It was a bit loud in terms of traffic, but that's normal for city dwelling. For our second time we were on the fifth floor and not on the street corner. The decor was beautiful and very unique.
I had been in Chile for a 6 month study abroad and had 6 months worth of luggage that they stored free of charge the day before check in.

Highlights:
-luggage storage when we waited for check in and went to vina del mar for a few days
- breakfast ( included and very plentiful)
- close to the metro, parks, costanera center
- Pedro de valdivia ( the street both the hotel and apartment are on) has great food options
- staff ( they will help you with anything, even lugging all of my luggage to hail a cab for us )

Location is good away from city centre. The hotel is like a european house. Lovely common sitting room, with a common terrace area with japanese style water feature. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially gonsales who helped us. The metro is a three minute walk, connects to city centre and artisanal market los dominicos. Recommend the artisanal market, good variety, quality, prices negotatible and place to eat, rest from the shopping.
Lots of restaurants close by, incl a sushi place called nipon that delivers and has great food and friendly staff.

Rooms are small, but well looked after and furnished.

Room Tip: Room no 18, rooms at the back of the hotel away from the road are quieter.

Great hotel. We had an apartment which felt very luxurious and the staff went out of their way to assist us when we arrived and the website hotels.com had forgotten to pass on our booking (would recommend booking directly with hotel). Definitely recommend.
