We stayed 4 nights in an apartment in the annex. At the end of the block, it was very quiet. The apartment was well equipped and spot clean. The hotel desk was responsive to our few requests, and made sure we were doing well. They kept tabs on our appointments, for example. Food at breakfasts were fresh and abundant, and we lingered over the meal, conversing with fellow guests and reading the morning newspaper. Two blocks of sidewalk restaurants, beneath the tree shaded streets added to the atmosphere. The busy Provendencia avenida at one end was balanced by the river park and sculpture at the other end, We look forward to staying again at the Hotel Orly.

This hotel was our first Hotel on a tour after a long flight from the UK. We arrived early but were made very welcome and allowed to help ourselves to coffee, fruit or fruit juice, which was available all day for free, whilst we waited for our room to be available. The room was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs - we were only staying for 2 nights (perhaps if you were staying longer you could request a larger room). The location was central and in a really nice area with loads of restaurants within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Another nice touch was the complimentary bottle of drinking water left in your room every day.

This is an attractive a small city hotel as you could find anywhere. Welcoming, with more than adequate English, smart and varied rooms, helpful service, and availability all day of free snack, fruit and drinks. On one of our two evenings we did have a problem with an all-night party next door, but the hotel staff were most apologetic and gave us an upper floo up-market room on our return visit. Plenty of good restaurants near by (Le Flaubert in the next street was superb), and a pleasant area of Providencia to explore.

Room Tip: Ask if any parties are pending next door and - if so - you want upper floor room on the left hand si...

We had arranged an airport pick-up through the hotel after a very tiring overnight flight from the UK and they didn't turn up. Not a good start. So we arranged our own transfer with the myriad taxi drivers and agents milling around the arrivals area.
Fortunately our room was ready very soon after we arrived, at about 11.00am. As we had been travelling for over 24 hours I had make a prior request for this and they delivered.
The twin bedroom on the 3rd floor was compact but acceptable; the bathroom, however was quite small and the door came very close to striking the wash-basin. Overweight guests could find access to the bathroom a problem.
The hotel is kept meticulously clean and a real bonus is the availability of coffee, tea and biscuits throughout the whole day in the comfortable lounge area on the ground floor.
The breakfast was good and totally adequate, including cereals, fresh fruit, cheese, cold meats yoghurts and eggs.
The hotel is in a safe, pleasant location with a number a Tripadvisor featured restaurants in the area. The staff were pleasant and obliging.

Clean, comfortable, charming décor, varied room configurations (ours was rather small #31). Some street noise so would ask for quieter room next time. We did not ask to be moved as we only stayed for 2 nights before leaving for home. We just loved the vast selection of restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. Nice to have that option after a busy day sightseeing. Good breakfast and wifi.

Room Tip: Big variety in their offering, ensure you understand exact room configuration when you book.

Lovely small hotel with personal service. The staff is very friendly and helpful and are very used to International visitors. As a family of four we had a junior suite for the entire week which suited us perfectly. The rooms are on the small side, but very nice and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is very nice and there is plenty to choose from. The hotel is located near many very nice restaurants, is near the subway, and multiple currency exchange places. The staff is also very helpful for arranging tours. This is an excellent place to stay, especially since it is reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed three nights as a couple.

The pro's:
Good location convenient to subway. Friendly staff. Staff spoke great English. Good breakfast. Clean and bright hotel.

The con's:
Small rooms (stayed one night in a queen and one night in a king) with old/antiquated air conditioning units that barely worked. We had to open the window at night because the air conditioning was so poor which effected us getting good sleep.

Stay if you don't mind small/warm rooms because the hotel other than that is decent.
