Our short stay at the Grand Hyatt was the perfect ending to a tour of Chile, and Patagonia so much so we want to return. With a large suite and use of the executive lounge (free drinks and canapes before dinner) we could not have been made more welcome.

This remains one of the better hotels in all of LatAm. Good location near a very large shopping center. Club level amenities are very good with nice munchies throughout the day.

Room Tip: All rooms have very nice views

This hotel has a spectacular lobby!. The rooms are spacious, but the shower is in the bath so its not as up to date as it could be. The food is excellent, and paired with Chilean wines make a feast of each meal. For light hearted entertainment the local live band in the Hotel bar is fun and relaxing.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the gardens and the waterfall - mid way up the hotel, around the 20th floor

Great hotel, great service, good price. The room was excellent. It's not so close to Las Condes downtown (you should go by taxi). But, it´s near to the Shopping Mall "Arauco" (2 blocks away), where you can eat and go shopping. I really recommend this hotel.

It is like any other big American hotel but with beautiful views to the Cordillera.

It is amazing that they can charge 22 USD, plus taxes, for 24 hours wifi. Luxury hotels should not charge for this.

Rooms are big and with stunning views, but once I see the amount you get charged for wifi I get mad with this kind of hotels. They should learn a lot from Asian hotels.
