Very good location, fantastic lounge clube, very nice restaurant with possibility of esplanade, very good confection of all dishes, very good wine choice, good atmosphere and a very attentive manager - Diogo. My only complain is the barf service that could be much better. All the hotel ambience is very nice and with a very good style.

Not the most charming hotel nor the area I would stay in again but this is a fine hotel. Service was excellent, the rooms excellent and overall this is a very good spot in the city. The Club Lounge was a nice spot to get treats and the staff in the Club Lounge were superb. Again this is a more business district hotel but and excellent property.

I usually stay in Four Season because the staff makes you feel special. I must say the staff in Ritz outdid any hotel I visited so far. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Service was implacable!
I felt welcome from the minute I stepped in beginning from door man ending with housekeeping. Clean room, beautiful spa which I was allowed to use after I checked out( my flight was leaving late at night). Exquisite experience for relatively moderate price. I want to congratulate the management with creating 5 star hotel!

The El Golf area of Santiago is great place to stay. It's located in the middle of what I consider the new part of Santiago (East end) and you're surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The streets are clean and safe. We walked all around El Golf and enjoyed the experience. The hotel is just a few blocks from trendy Isidora Street which is where many restaurants are located.

The Ritz is typical Ritz...which is a good thing. The building is attractive with a nice restaurant and a warm, welcoming bar area. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. We slept very well. The bathroom was attractive and very useable.

The included breakfast was good and service was excellent.

We recently visited Santiago and during our trip my travelling companion had a special birthday. We visited the Ritz Carlton for drinks and a light bite to start the celebrations, it has a nice bar area, drinks and bar snacks reasonably priced. Worth a visit.

Great hotel, the club room with included benefits provides a great benefit. During our stay, staff was friendly. However, On our last day some of the staff during our departure were disrespectful, as we returned from a day trip and they thought we were not guests as we were casually dressed. I have no time for snootiness and wont stay there again. The rooms did not have rails or non slip protection in the bath, which makes it difficult to use for seniors.
