Excellent hotel, great service for a great price!
Rooms were very comfortable, great view. Staff is very friendly, knowledgable and service orientated. Breakfast is great!
Best hotel in Santiago.

I've travelled a bit and stayed at some fine establishments. Not all carry the Ritz name, but sometime offer superior quality. I've dinned at the London and other fine NY establishments and to sum this up, my fiancé is currently ill after dinner at the Ritz Santiago and I was successful in catching a fly under my wine glass. I think that sums it up! The indoor pool does have a very nice glass ceiling as well...

Wonderful hotel in Santiago. The spa on the roof is simply amazing. The location of the hotel is close to all atractions in Santiago with a metro station within walking distance.

Travel and Leisure ranked the Ritz as the best hotel in South America, so even though I had stayed at the Hyatt several times before and loved it, I thought a ranking as the best was certainly worth a try. The Ritz is lovely, but I would still give the edge to the newly refurbished Grand Hyatt, which has far better views of the Andes , a lovely outdoor area for swinmming and breakfasting, and an overall better buzz. The Ritz is dark, a bit fussy in decor, and surprise of surprises- showed us to a dirty room. The shower had mildew; the area around the television was incredibly dusty;and the mini- bar was warm. We had to ask for hangers; and the room was already showing a bit of wear with a stained chair and a leaky bathroom wall. The best? Nice, but not great.

Located right beside an subway station, this Hotel in Las Condes (a chic area of Santiago) was a dream to stay.

Don't miss the rooftop pool, it has stunning views over other skyscrapers to the Andes on clear days.

The rooms are ok, the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was extra pay, but very tasty.
