This hotel fell short of my expectations. It has a very convenient location if you are in Santiago for business. The amenities can only be termed as "basic". I was put in a room next door to a construction site. The sliding windows had to be shut all day unless you wanted the construction workers to hand you a salt shaker or something. Service was defficient. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning and two more guests were checking in. Their check in process was really slow. The bellboy finally volunteered to check us in, even though he had been standing in the front desk watching the night attendant check in the other guests as we patiently waited. It took over 20 minutes to get from the driveway to our rooms. The bed is comfortable and the furniture is convenient but worn out. The worse part of our stay was that nobody cleaned the room and we had to call twice to get it cleaned. Nicole was helpful after the second call. Breakfast was not very good. The selection was meager and the quality of the hot items terrible (runny eggs, no pancakes). In essence, this hotel was really a letdown. The gym is "basic". Everything is "basic". Not a "Premium" property. Just OK for a short business stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a room which looks away from the construction site and on a high floor,

Worst service ever.
Staff is lazzy and don't care to do their jobs. Examples: aren't able to help with restaurant reservations, can't manage to call a taxi, don't clean the room until we ask, at 5 pm, and when they do, don't put clean towels.

The hotel is very good, clean, the staff helpfull. The restaurant Rosso is a good choice when you arrive tired and don't want to go out for dinner. It is near the subway station ( 1 block) and also to the Arauco Mall ( 4 blocks ). The only problem is that there is a large construction going on at the hotel side. Please remenber this and ask for the rooms facing the city, there is no noise at this side.

Stayed 2 nights on a business trip last march. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. The restaurant offers good food and very friendly service. Breakfast buffet is nice, varied and well furnished. Meeting rooms are well designed and efficient.Located in a business neighborhood, very safe, and walking distance from the underground. Pool is beautiful, but was a too cold for a lazy swim. Still, I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed here several times, and I have always had a great stay.
The rooms are spacious and have all necessary commodities, a king sizes bed for a single is always a plus! Rooms have a small closet + mini fridge and a desk. It offers open WiFi which is not very common in Santiago. Breakfast is good, with several options of cakes, but if you are into a healthy breakfast it might get a bit monotonous after a few days.
I've found the shower a bit slippery (I've stayed here several times, therefore have had several rooms), and they are modern with glass only to avoid the bathroom floor getting wet, so you may get cold. Also the tub/shower has a tall wall, so if you are short (like me) you have to be careful in order to avoid slipping.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly, and the food services are very good. I've seen housekeeping providing service even in the evening, which is great for a later bird.
The location is great, about a block from the metro and a few blocks from the Araucano Park and Parque Arauco (a great mall). There are restaurants, supermarkets, and mini marts within a close radious.

Overall, this is a great hotel with excellent service and impecable rooms.

Room Tip: Try the floors on the higher floors to avoid street noise, but beware Santiago is a seismic city!
