Hotel is very comfortable. Had a nice 2 room suite on the 16th floor - great city views. Top floor pool and deck lounging over looking the city is special. Ground floor restaurant with patio for people watching or top floor one to watch the light of the city.Staff accomidating and helpful.

Well we had mixed feelings about the Hotel. Way to busy-- and seemed understaffed for the volume of people. Front desk required a minimum of ten minutes of wait to communicate with anyone. Keys were programmed wrong several times which was annoying since each time of course we had to wait. The Hotel car service is very expensive. They warn you that taxis can overcharge and to be on the safe side it is best to call the Hotel for a pick up but in reality their surcharge is minimum 30 to 40 percent higher then taxi rates. Know your routes and costs ahead of time and you should be OK.
Breakfast is good but seemed chaotic at times. Again, hard to find a table and since it is well attended the restocking is sometimes slow. You could not relax and enjoy your coffee, there was always someone looking over your shoulder waiting for your table.
However, the value is good. It is clean and the two bedroom corner suites are secluded and great for families. Staff is trying to cope with the volume for the most part. Now I must say that we stayed between Christmas and New Years so it could have been just unusually busy.
Location is awesome and yes I would stay here again.

Room Tip: Corner suites can become two bedroom suites as they share an additional outside door to the hallway...

We have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel was magic. Excellent suits, meals and service. Top breakfast with huge selection and great choices.

We returned to this hotel after being in another country and it was like coming home.

The hotel has the most wonderful courteous staff, warm elegant architect, excellent dining rooms and breakfast rooms.

Brilliant location in the financial district and safe to walk the street.

You can even open the windows for fresh air if we like - we did many times.

BUT - stepping into and out of the bath can be dangerous for the huge step. This badly needs fixing.

Room Tip: We preferred the view of the Andes on the 15th floor.

The hotel is good, specially the pool and location...! But the room service was terrible! I asked for a Caesar salad and they took a lot of time to bring the salad to my room. However the worst was that I didn't receive a proper Caesar (they added tomatoes!) neither the dressing.

The hotel and the room were very clean and they clean the rooms very fast and very well.

Stayed here with a few friends. They were here on business and i joined for a long weekend to visit the wineries and look around Santiago. The location is ok, fairly easy access to the downtoen area where the sights are. The restaurants in the area are in the upper price range mostly, nothing cheap if that's what you are looking for. The gym at the hotel is small , but sufficient-there is at least one bike, a couple of treadmills, etc. Breakfast was fantastic for the price. Overall, a great, clean, and quiet hotel.

We spend three nights (weekend) in a suite (9th floor), very well equipped, without a good view, the room need some update or refresh, cause it smells a little oldie. Breakfast(7/10) is in the rooftop with an incredible view, you can take it inside or outside, a small pool with a solarium in the same floor.Good staff. About location, its very good, walking distance to costanera center(an ok and new mall), and a block from Isadora Goyenechea (street) where you can find a lot of restaurants and bars, 10 min by car to Parque Arauco mall. Enjoy Santiago.

Room Tip: choose suites in upper floors
