We went for lunch with my wife. It offers 3 different menus, we chose the middle one that cost 17.000 pesos. It includes a pre appetizar which was very tasty and sophisticated. Then an appetizar. Huevo estrellado. Excellent. The main dish was a choice of fish (vidriola)or solomillo de cerdo. I had the solomillo with an artichoke sauce and gnocchi a la florentine. Really good. Then there was a small selection of cheeses with nuts and marmalade. Finally fordesert a choice of either baba al rhum or pain perdu. Both were excellent. Would very heartily recommend to try it.

We had lunch at this new restaurant in Vitacura, on Vitacura Avenue a few steps east of Padre Hurtado. Clean and we'll decorated small place ..good lounge music and incredible and professional service...we were lucky enough to meet Brandon!!
And the food??? Amazing!! We had a seven-course lunch .. seven amazing courses, wonderful flavours...we were so impressed!! Every single taste was out of this world. And the wines were perfect for every dish!! All Chilean boutique wines (I am so sorry to know that we can't find them in the supermarket) that were perfect!!
We truly recommend this place.
They offer seven-course lunches and twelve course dinners.
Not that cheap but totally worth it!!

We had dinner at the Arpezur a few days ago, it was recommended to us by a friend. What a nice surprise. The chef Anthony Ceasar proposed a very unique “menu degustation con maridaje “ which consisted of 3 extremely sophisticated small appetizer snacks, 2 main dishes, cheeses and 3 deserts.
We liked every dishes. Anthony is a expert in combining flavors and textures . Absolutely delicious and unique. He uses high quality Chilean ingredients and organic vegetables from his garden. Excellent combination of wines ( one wine per dish, I lost count I think they served 8 half filled glasses ) . The presentation of dishes is as pretty as a picture.
My partner ordered in advance a vegetarian menu with a combination of non alcoholic drinks and he was blown away by the quality of what was served to him.
It is very rare to find fine vegetarian cuisine. Arpezur is undoubtably one of the best in Latin America and I think the only one in its category in Santiago.
The service was excellent despite the problem of language.
It is a pity that Michelin doesn’t operate in Chile. Arpezur deserves one star in recognition of its high quality signature cuisine. The price was reasonable ( in France and the USA would be 3 or 4 time as much) . Extremely recommendable for fine French cuisine. A memorable experience at an affordable price.

This small French restaurant in the upscale Vitacura section of Santiago has been a marvelous discovery. Set amidst generic auto dealerships we come upon this small gem of a place. In my opinion one of the best eating venues currently in Santiago. We went for lunch which offers a four course menu beautifully done with great originality. The combination of flavors, ingredients and presentation are not to be missed. Good and knowledgeable service. Fine wine list. Dinner offers a set longer menu which I am looking forward to. Make sure you do not miss this excellent restaurant.
