We dine with my wife last week during our trip to Santiago de Chile. The restaurant is simple, cozy, and the food is great. We had "Salmon a la Mantequilla" (grilled pink salmon with a butter twist) and "Reineta a la mantequilla" (the reineta is a seafish of great mild taste, but i can' translate the name).
Wine was a "blanco de la casa", a cheap, well balanced, fruity Sauvignon Blanc.
We also ordered the Salsa Margarita to align with the fish. It's based on milk cream, assorted shellfish, etc.
Excellent dining experience in Santiago to enjoy fresh seafood and not pay a lot. Simplicity and high quality.
