We have been in Santiago for less than two days staying at the Aubrey Boutique Hotel (More on the Aubrey in another review). Eladio was very near out hotel almost at the foot of the funicular. We went at 20h00 with no reservation and were greeted with warmth and good will. The food was superb, starting with Pisco Sours (YUM!) followed by Camarones (grilled shrimp in butter sauce), followed by pepper rib eye and Grilled tenderloin (cooked medium rare to perfection) accompanied by Cabernet Sauvignon (Miquel Torres Gran Reserve). Service was superb (Three staff taking care of us!) and, on a hot night in Santiago, gentle air conditioning. What a jewel: Don't miss it!
