While vacationing in Santiago, we enjoyed dinner at Eladio. The food was tasty. Between the family we ordered a large salad with a yummy ginger dressing, a delicious shrimp appetizer without garlic, French fries, and a well prepared, large, perfect boneless ribeye. We also ordered a bottle of red wine, 2 bottles of water, and 2 desserts. All this came to around $60 USD before tip. The service was not particularly friendly or attentive, but was adequate. The decor was not much but they did have live musicians and the place felt homey. The mote con huesillo was not as good as at the roadside stands but the cake was decent. We actually liked the dinners so much that we planned to go back a second night on our vacation but the schedule never worked out. I would definitely recommend.
