What a surprise! Really sophisticated and the price is unbelivable! Best cost-benefit ratio in town. The waiters are highly experienced, they won´t let your wine finish in the glass. Dress smart, you'll feel better and don't worry about the price. You won't drain your wallet here. Gorgeous salmon.

Great place for dinner in Santiago. The vibe is great, decor awesome and excellent food, althought service was a little confusing when I went there. The bread and the butter came after the starters, we had to ask for the wine twice...I was on a business dinner and all the choices were just perfect, from the centolla as a starter to the perfectly cooked fish and the desserts - a mix of chocolates.

This is the first Restaurant we went to after arriving in Santiago. The moment we walked in, we felt that this was a special and unique space. The Restaurant was very busy, but our servers took the time to explain certain menu items. Everything we ordered was delicious and appealing to the eye. I can definitely recommend the Ceviche. I thought this was one of the best Restaurants I have visited.
On a side note, best bathrooms ever! The sinks are hollowed out tree trunks, very rustic!

Out of oysters in a seafood restaurant?

The starter was a sea food platter and it was a disappointment with bland taste and Hellmann's
mayonese served on demand. The table-butter was best part of the starter, this starter was sent out.

The trout was better but no "alleluia moment", served with shrimp (good) and mushrooms (?) and small fried union peels (why try to make the dish taste german sausage??) all in a butter sauce with chives and basil.

Wine choices excellent.

Service polite and nice.

Make it to this restaurant but don't expect too much!

The restaurant looks fabulous from the outside and the internal décor lived up to our expectations. We were treated well when we went to book a table and had a good welcome when we returned for dinner the following night. There's a real 'buzz' inside, partly because of the number of diners. Sadly, for us - a middle aged couple spending three weeks in Santiago - that was where the positive experience ended. The restaurant is clearly a hugely successful venue for business diners, mostly English speaking. Our waiter barely had time to take our order, despite the fact that we started with 2 glasses of Pol Roger and I ordered the (very expensive) King Crab starter. We were never asked if everything was alright; we had to keep asking for our water and wine glasses to be refilled and my main course had obviously been sitting around in the kitchen as it was lukewarm when it arrived. We were surrounded by male business men eating and drinking on expenses accounts and probably we can't blame Coco management for making these tables their priority. However it was a huge disappointment for us. We paid the bill as soon as we'd finished our main course and left. This is undoubtedly the perfect place if you want efficient service for your important business clients. If you are a couple hoping for a special dining experience - forget it! You'll be second class diners.
