“Old style dinner house”
Reviewed June 6, 2013

After a 15 hr flight we really wanted a place with comfort food. We had our first Pisco Sours here and they were really good. The sandwiches here are HUGE! The Chileans eat everything with a knife and fork, which is good because there is no way you could get your mouth around one of their sammies! Great avocado on everything. This is an old style place that you would take your Grandma to, but the food is traditional Chilean. We saw lots of families out on a Sunday evening. Most other nearby places were closed on Sunday. Big servings at a good price.

“Good food and service”
Reviewed February 27, 2013

We eat hamburgers, chicken sandwich, vegetarian sandwich, had fresh fries and all were very good. Also the pisco was delicious. The waiter was very helpful and did everthing he could to explain the types of breads that they have and how the sandwiches were done. Is is located in the principal avenue of Providencia and very near of the metro.

“more than acceptable for a "chain" restaurant”
Reviewed February 14, 2013

In Providencia, not all the restaurant are open on sunday...
As Lomit have outdoor seating it has been our choice.
It's basic but good ans tables were occupied in majority by locals.
Don't expect sophisticated meal but the shrimp and/or chilean salad are excellent, and also the fish.
Excellent postries.
Nice choice of beers.
Friendly service.

“Local patrons, great food”

Soup is terrific, crowded and reasonable. However, pass on the lengua unless you're a big fan of tongue. Local beer to try -- Kunstmann.

“Good sandwichs!!”
Reviewed December 4, 2012

You won't leave hungry, enjoy the avocado and green beans sandwich! Located in the heart of Providencia, a safe and centric place in Santiago, walk to San Cristobal hill and enjoy some scenic views
