We had our first fod approach with Santiago in this place, very close to our hotel. We loved it! Fresh juices, spectacular empanadas, and a large choice of veg food of very good quality. One small negative point: the air conditioning, maybe too strong for us. We also came back in the afternoon for another fruit juice because it was really yummy! Don't miss it!

As the name suggests, 'El Naturista' is all about natural food and the great menu shows you why, i've been there many times and for a decent lunch you don't have to break the bank. I do recommend to try the Risotto and the 'Pastel de choclo' (corn cake) since in my opinion are the best choices.

They even have a 'Tea time' service that i haven't tried yet but as an overall lunch experience i can say this is one of the best restaurants i've been in Santiago downtonw.

Being a vegetarian in South America can be difficult in this meat-lovers paradise. So were pleasantly surprised when we found the El Naturista vegetarian restaurant in Santiago.

The menu (also available in English) has almost too much to chose from with delicious mains, desserts and fresh juices. The food was well presented, fresh and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. We will defintely return for another meal.

El Naturista is one of my favorite vegetarian restaurants. The menu is expansive, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. It is like an oasis within the city. The menu consists of fruit juices, soups, stews, and breakfast items. It also has delicious deserts. The restaurant was founded in 1927 according to the menu and has continued to this day! The interior is painted a light green color and the location in cetral Santiago has two floors. The upstairs is very long with many tables for customers. The service is quick as the waiters greet you as you walk up the stairs. On the table are two bowls of tomato salsa, one mild and the other hot. On Wednesday, the soup of the day is lentil which are very well done. The tomato soup is also great. If you are in a rush, you can also stand and eat at the counter on the main floor. I really wish there was a El Naturista where I lived, but I'm glad the vision of the founder lives on in Santiago.
