I very recently stayed at this hotel for 6 days with another 26 members of my family and here's what I've got to say:
The rooms are not amazing, but not bad either. They have an amazing view of Villarica Lake and I think every room has a balcony which it's nice. If you are traveling with small children (as were we) keep in mind that the balconies have rather low railings and if you are a paranoid parent you should probably avoid the hotel (or simply the balconies)
The wifi is free, but an ultimate pain. There is a wifi for every room and every area of the hotel and you find yourself connecting to a new one half of the time instead of actually enjoying the wifi.
Since we were a huge group of people that eat only Kosher, they provided us with a special room to eat the food we had brought and Chef Camilo who heated up the food and helped us with breakfast was the best, like really the best.
The staff was really friendly and polite, but sometimes they don't understand your requests. Like when you order normal water because you only have the seltzer they provide, but whatever.More
