“Quirky and fun”
Reviewed February 11, 2013

A small museum filled with artifacts and paintings from a local artist that has preserved and transformed a rather boring building into a fun, free place to visit if you are in Puerto Vargas. The paintings were very well done of the local scene and captured the feeling of the houses and building we saw as we drove around Llanguihue lake...pronounced Yankee Way Lake..located on the lakefront road just a short walk outside of the city center, it made for an interesting stop.

“History buff? Do not miss this”
Reviewed February 4, 2013

This museum is one of the best ways to learn about the German Colonization of the area. A wonderful collection of antiques in a family barn, all carefully placed to give a vision of the lives of the first settlers who came to Chile in the 1950^s,

Its not often that you come across somewhere that is created from the heart-but this is. Great history and a great drive from Snr
Fierro in converting this space into something so memorable and vibrant

“Nice”
Reviewed November 15, 2012 via mobile

The local painter was invited to create his own museum at that nice place.

There are lot of good paintings as well as other curious objects.

I liked most the mix of details as well as the detailed painting of some houses.

The entrance is free and you may donate anything if you like.
