Mariscos is Chilean for seafood, and on the recommendation of our fishing guide, we went to Fogon Las Buenas Brasas. It was Sunday afternoon, about 5:00 pm, and the restaurant was almost empty! Thank God they eat late here, because we like to eat early! The waitress spoke English, she was quite friendly. We ordered King Crab and Shrimp. She brought complimentary salmon ceviche and pevre (local salsa of onion, tomato and cilantro in lemon juice) with little fried sopaipillas for us to enjoy while we waited. They did not skimp on anything and it was all delicious!
