This was the restaurant in the small hotel that we had an excellent stay at (really nice designed hotel and rooms!)

The food was a mix of items from a range of asian cuisines. We had a starter of Japanese Gyoza's which were very very good, followed by main of Chicken Curry (Malaysian or Thai I can't remember) and a thinly sliced rare beef dish in a marinade of herbs, chilli, ginger etc. The two mains were really excellent, very fresh and tasty. Good wine list at decent prices and some wine match recommendations which was nice as a bit trickier with Asain food for me at least.

After 4 weeks on the road it was a very welcome change of cuisine and we thought the quality and taste the equal of asian restaurants we use in London without a doubt.

We actually went to go back two nights later but also on a Sunday night they were closed which was a shame as we had already decided what we would have. Might be worth booking (they speak some english) to ensure they are open. Worth a meal definitely.

If you wanna go for some really great food in Pucon, this is your place!
Naukana serves tasty, delicious fusion food. The staff is very nice and the ambiance is really upscale.

Excellent atmosphere, food well prepared and very tasty. The bilingual menu offers a page each devoted to Arab, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese and Thai dishes. Not the cheapest place, but prices in line with this tourist town and the portions are generous.

Me and my wife were excited to find out an Asian restaurant with great tripadvisor reviews.
We were very disappointed.
It's very expensive and we don't think it's worth it.
We ordered stuffed grape leaves, an Arabian dish that is common in Israel, and chicken with peanut sauce, a Indonesian dish.
The grape leaves were very dry and lacked taste. The same dish is sold in supermarkets Israel in cans and it tastes better...
The chicken was good, but nothing out of the ordinary.
The most disappointing thing was the Jasmin tea.
We expected a pot if tea, like most Asian restaurants serve. Instead we got two medium-smallish cups with Jasmin tea bags. And were also harshly refused to get some more hot water when asked.

If it werent so expensive I wouldn't have been disappointed. It is not worth what it charges.

After eating copious amounts of grilled meat for the last 5weeks, when my girlfriend and I read about this Thai restaurant we were dying to try it, we couldn't find out much about it beforehand so were prepared for it to be adequate. However we were very pleasantly surprised, I can be quite the food snob and Thai is one of my favourites so it is testament to the food that I wanted to go back and eat there for a second night! The staff were very friendly and attentive and the decor was also great. The Menu is varied and offers both a white and red wine recommendation with every dish; we shared three mains which were all delicious and finished off with a jasmine tea. Highly recommended!
