Chose this shop based on guidebook reviews. When we signed up, they said that they were all right for inexperienced climbers and that we could climb at our own pace. They said that they had enough guides so that if some people climbed a bit slower than others, there would be a guide for them too.
My partner and I started at a reduced pace and we had a guide with us at the start. We were the second-slowest in the group, ahead of one lady. About halfway up the climb, a guide told us that the lady behind us wanted to stop her climb and we had two choices: quit now or catch up to the group ahead of us and go at their pace. I couldn't match their pace (that's why I was behind!) so unfortunately I had to quit. Very disappointing, because I wasn't done attempting the climb.
I told the manager at the shop what had happened but nothing was done about it.
Overall, I would say this may be a great company if you're confident in your ability to make the climb at a good pace, but you may wish to look elsewhere if you aren't an experienced climber.
