Unlike some Pucon restaurants (e.g., Senzo), the Italian trattoria in the heart of town is fairly down-to-earth, and the service (in our experience, just one dinner), was fine - better (faster) than the Pucon/Chilean average. Favoured by families and, when we were there, pretty full-up; wood-burning stove in the middle is a nice touch (it was pouring with rain). We had two hefty and tasty pizzas and they provided a box to take home what we couldn't finish. Worth a visit.
