If you are a nature lover and is in Singapore for a few days, do check out the Singapore Weather Forecast before heading to Marina South Pier to take a bumboat or Singapore Island Cruise ferry to St. John then hop over to Kusu Islands. Lazarus and Seringat Islands are linked to St. John Island with a concrete and firm link. To get to Kusu Island, remember to get the ferry schedule and time yourself so that you will not miss the ferry from St. John to Kusu Island. You will be enjoying a windy, sunny and fun time on these islands. The beaches and water is clear and nice. There are toilets located there, so no worry. However, you need to bring your own sandwiches and beverages along. Bring your swim suite and swimming gear along too. Binoculars if you want to catch glimpse of the birds, butterflies, etc. there. If you love cats, St. John island is the place. When you alight at St. John Island, walk to the left, enjoy the view and the beach, then move on to Lazarus Island and then the tiny Seringat Island. From the link between Lazarus and Seringat Island, you can take a great photo of Singapore Sisters Island. If you really enjoy nature and relaxing time, then can take 9am or 11am ferry on Sat or Sun. For weekday the first ferry is at 10am. Then at 3.30pm take similar ferry from St. John to Kusu Island. The last ferry leaving from Kusu Island to mainland Singapore is about 6pm. For more scenic information, take a look at some of my photos. Taken with handphone.
