Great food, great service and great everything ! Order loads and sit back and enjoy it all ... The friends chicken rice with olives Nd the beef salad were particular divine. A big queue forms at times so you can't stay all night but other than that its great ( raffles place mall was th one we went too). Photos on the menus didn't match the actual food but other than that ok

Went for dinner at the branch @ Paragon Shopping Mall as there wasnt any queue during peak dinner time! It was really LOUSY.

We ordered Tom Yam Soup, Chicken & Potato Curry and a BBQ Grilled Fish for 2 persons.

The Tom Yam Soup actually came in a bowl with 5 slices of mushrooms and 4 big prawns. There wasnt the usual pot like presentation, it was just a plain bowl! While the prawns were fresh and cruncy, the soup was clear base with nothing else. There was no lemongrass or chili, just plain CLEAR base, no flavour with lots of sodium!

The Chicken & Potato Curry liked it came out of a ready meal. The curry still have the white thingy like you have just added the coconut milk before serving the food. The chicken thigh was cut up in biteable size and boiled to cook. No taste for the chicken at all. As for the potato, We got lucky.I found a tiny piece( diameter 1.6cm) ! LOL

Luckily the BBQ fish was ok. Grilled to prefection, it was dory fish (no surprise here) but the cheapest kind in the market. I would give it a ZERO star if not for the fish.

Thai Express lived up to its name.....Tom Yam Soup and Chicken Curry really tasted and looked out it came out of a EXPRESS ready meal. Wish I have the pictures to show you but we were too upset to take any picture!

Patronized one of the outlet recently, cant stop myself but to weigh the services , food quality and servants efficiency provided by this restaurant. i invited my parents to thai express plaza singapura outlet to celebrate their 33th wed anniversary together with my other siblings last saturday. we ordered quite a number of food and i was amazed by the waiting time each ala carte was served to us ,as itsa busy saturday it will be understandable if the waiting time was longer than the usual non peak period but the servants are efficient enough and provide us whatever neccesary in order to have a pelasant dining experience . we ordered thai style tomyum chicken wings as its a reccomended by their dining servants . definitely a 10/10 rating from my entire family members as its SO TASTY!!!!, (MUST ORDER)!!! we ordered a dish that look like a crispy noodles ( cant recall the name ) the portion is so huge and its light and least fattening . as for alacarte , we ordered tom yum soup , the clear soup and the orange color soup . both are good and tasty, chicken basil is awesome and some local street thai food which i cant recall the name but ill definitely order again if ever i patronize them ,. the servant that served us is great , she will refill out water whenever its almost finish without us telling her to do so , even my mom praised her attentiveness (bravo) , ,we ordered mago sticky rice as a dessert and its delightful , the quality of the mango is on top of the hill , its so sweet! we were there for around an hour , the place was rather busy and noisy as its a casual dining but what can we expect its a BUSY SATURDAY! . so a little noise to bring up the lively ambience. definitely will patronize again whenever im free !

Staff are new so certain things that we often take for granted, you will have to ask for them here eg. high chair and utensils for kids when dining with the little ones.

The male outlet manager is friendly and helpful. Food is good especially the honey chicken, my kids love them. Set meal is value for money. I like the desserts which are not too sweet. Been there 3x since it opened in Nov, will go again.
