I really like going there for authentic Bei Fang (i.e. Northern Chinese) cuisine - especially the dumplings. Very nice and fresh. I love their beef noodles too (in soup). The noodles seem to be homemade and are springy. Very flavourful too especially when the chilli condiment is added. Another must try would be a sugared dessert with bean paste inside. It's served hot and the exterior is made of egg white with sugar on top. I can't remember the name of the dish off-hand but it's certainly delectable.
There isn't much of an ambeince though, just the usual tables and chairs with air-conditioning, and lots of posters about dumplings and basketball players (the owner of the restaurant used to play basketball).
The restaurant seems to be family-run so I get a homey feeling when I dine there. Worth a try for authentic northern Chinese food
