Despite the mixed reviews of this restaurant, we decided to give it a try as we liked the menu. When we arrived at around 7pm on a Saturday night, it was empty, but it soon started to fill up. I suspect the trick is to eat fairly early. We both had the mozzarella and tomato starter, which was fine. However, it was the steaks that we're really outstanding; very, very tender and served with a rich and flavoursome gravy. We'll definitely be back for more. They also had a great offer on for a decent bottle of red for S$60, which believe me, along this patch is cheap! The service was very fast, which some may not like, but I have to say makes a refreshing change to what often happens with South East Asian Service where you can be left waiting for ages.
