Enjoyed The Prime Society this past Thursday. Despite my concerns (based on past visits), I arrived at TPS only to be pleasantly greeted my maitre d' Alvin Gomez. Alvin and restaurant manager, Eardley Perera, have done phenomenal job of injecting service, quality and environment standards one would be accustomed to in NYC, London, Sydney and right here in Singapore at Morton's. There is no doubt that service standards are wanting in Singapore as is the correlation between value, quantity and quality and it is clear that Alvin and team have challenged the Singapore norm. This challenge is very refreshing as more and more reviewers commend establishments for quality service and I anticipate we'll see other establishments rise to the occasion. Keep up the great work Alvin and Eardley! Excellent sirloin, red wine, sides and ambiance. Thanks for doing away with 150g steak gradation and please replace the dining chairs!
