Description: It all began 13 years ago when Greenwood Fish Market first opened in the sleepy neighbourhood of Greenwood Avenue. True to our “Sea to Table” philosophy, we continue to directly import seafood fresh from Canada, Holland, New Zealand, South Korea and US to our kitchen in weekly shipments. Our menu and specials are tied closely to our catches, with the quality of the seafood being our priority. Our latest 4,100 sq ft outlet at Quayside Isle, overlooks beautiful yachts and tranquil waterfront housing, offering an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the island of Sentosa.

I went there with 4 friends to try this restaurant. We went for oysters and a fish paella. Food was average. There was no saffron in the Paella but it was not bad just very average. We had 2 bottles of wine. Price was fair as the bill went to $380 for 5 but I shall not go back for the lack of atmosphere and the average food. one can eat much better in Singapore thank god.

We were there for dinner. When I called to make reservation, I was told they will only hold the table for 15min. Throughout our entire meal, we noticed many empty tables. This was a Friday night.

We ordered the warm seafood platter ($99) , the house fish and chips ($19.90) and the black bass fish and chips ($29.90). On the menu it says the Valrhona chocolate lava cake needs 20min preparation, so we ordered it in advance, and the waiter even assured that it would be brought after we finished our mains.

Food took a long time to arrive...
The ceiling lights went off for a while...
There was a sewer hole not properly covered and my chair nearly toppled because the leg went into the hole...
Our glasses of water were not refilled...

The seafood platter did not make an impression. The mussels and calamari tasted ok. The rest were blah... The octopus salad was too salty (and our water was not refilled)

The fish and chips were also not great. I wondered why there were such good reviews about their fish and chips. Honestly I have tasted much nicer, fresher, juicier fish and chips in England, New Zealand, Australia, and even my HDB coffee shops. I honestly cannot tell the difference between the house fish and chips and the $29.90 black bass. The garden salad also had too much salty dressing ( and yet our water was not refilled)

There was no service to speak of.
They forgot our cake order.
Even the bill took a long time to settle.

They do not deserve the 10% service charge.
I will not go there again.

The seafood was quite fresh, service was good but the price was on the high side. They changed chefs quite often, so the consistency of cooking standard was not there.

Food varierty: great, a very thorough spread/selection
Quality of oysters, seafood : fresh, well-prepared.
Other dishes like pasta and paella : below average, especially the paella which was neither tasty or authentic.
Service: not very attentive ( eg, no spoon for pasta dish, no table water cup, no bowl for clam shells). Waiter was also somewhat condescending and aloof. Not even a Thank You before we stepped out of the restaurant
Ambience ; Horrible elevator music from the 90s. Not conducive to good dining.
wine and beer : excellent kronenburg beer, light tasty and fruity.
parking : valet parking, free but just tip the valet guy $2-$5.
