One of the most visited attraction in Singapore. Regardless of the hot humid weather and the crowd, tourists battle to get a good spot of taking a perfect photo of the statue of the MERLION, and I was one of them. This statue, sprouts an endless jet of water from its jaws. The area overlooks the Marina bay which is really a nice view of the water and the high rise of Marina Sands Skypark. I saw the crowd here during night and day and it never ceased.

This palace is very famous to all the visitor of this rich city state in south east Asia, almost every tourist wants to have a photo off with on this park, the Merlion is Singapore most beloved and Famous icon,I'm not amazed why every tourist wants to have a picture with him. You could reach this via the underground train system of Singapore alight at raffles station,on this area you could see a lot of things like the Marina bay sands hotel and the Singapore flyer to name a few.

No idea why all the tour groups seem to like this place as a gathering spot. Many many tourists flooding this area and cluttering to pose with their mouths open, seemingly to drink water from the Merlion's spout. Sadly, it becomes more annoying than anything.

Only expensive places to eat around here. The only good thing about being here is the vantage point of MBS.
