It is a good place to stay few days. The hotel has a good location, really near from 2 metro stations, it is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is that the room & bathroom are a bit small. I would recommend it for small budget.

Hotel is nice and clean.
Nice location. Rooms are very good. Go only for deluxe room. Very comfortable.
Need to improve on service part. No intercomm facility avaiable. Its really worth to stay for whom who want to roam throughout day.

While this is a budget hotel the only positive was the friendliness of the manager and some of the staff. Upgraded to a room with a window, the noise from the street is constant and goes on all night. As there are no carpets in the hotel the noise carries down the hallway and all night long, you hear other guests coming and going and talking. Hot water lasted in the shower for about 2 minutes before going cold and it didn't matter what time of the day this was. I did mention this to reception and nothing was done about it.

This hotel was part of a BA flight deal from London to Auckland. Surprised that BA offer this hotel. One to miss if you want hot showers and a good night's sleep.

If you want silent rooms, wall to wall carpets, and want to spend your time luxuriating whilst watching views of Krakatoa erupting, you need to find another hotel and to pay more, than you do for 81 on Dickson. But paying what we did, we had a comfortable, clean, and centrally located place to base our time in Singapore. Equally placed between Bugis and Little India MRT, it did what we wanted. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, and efficient. Will probably stay there next time in Singapore.

The Hotel is in busy Little India. We booked the family room which was large for 4 people. Enough space for bags etc. Small kettle and tea and coffee scahets was available as well as bathroom necessities (soap, toothbrush, shower cap) Hotel, rooms and bathroom were clean. The family room has a tub with a hand shower over the tub - so it wasnt a "wet bathroom". However there is a small drain (grid covered) inside the bathroom that smelled a bit sometimes. The wall connecting the bathroom to the bedroom had a portion that was made of frosted glass - which was a bit uncomfortable especially with 4 people sharing...?

There was wifi available in the rooms. No restaurant at the hotel. Walking distance to shops, public transport etc. Overall, budget hotel that was clean and decent.
