Generally no complains about my stay there. Stayed there with my partner, hotel is near to sentosa and chinatown. Bus services easily accessible to town right in front of hotel. There are some convenient shops 5 mins by foot.

Room was made up daily, tho it wasnt too big, but it serve us well. We are not there to stay in the room and recept we encountered were all accomodating and helpful.

For what I paid, Im happy!

Despite having booked at least six months before the hotel was unprepared for us. We arrived at 3.30am and were shown into two uncleaned rooms with all the dirty sheets and rubbish still in the room.
They had no bed for our son and tried to give us a thin foam and dirty mattress on the floor for him, despite having paid for an extra bed. Eventually they found a mattress from a spare room for him.
Two days later we arrived back at 9pm to find they had taken the mattress out and not replaced it - so again we had to go and complain and source another bed. This time we were given a 'camp' fold out bed. Not good enough for a hotel that shows pictures of rooms with three real beds in the rooms!
Then nearly every night after we had to go down and request a top sheet for the third bed as they failed to provide one.
The breakfast is dismal - don't pay for it. Unless you get down there at 7.30am it is cold as they don't keep any food warm. It consists of the cheapest supermarket bread, which you toast, scrambled eggs, sausages (not nice ones), some kind of carb like 'potato' wedges, which are always partially cooked, soft and cold, cold baked beans and noodles. You can also get one kind of cheap cereal. Coffee and tea are provided but they are always cold. Much better to get the bus down to china town and buy break fast there rather than waste your rmoney on breakfast at the hotel.
The hotel is near Santosa and the cable car but a long way from other attractions. I recomend you pay extra and go closer in to the city.
The rooms are so small and the walls are very thin. The cleaning wasn't too bad but could have been better.
There is nowhere to relax in terms of a decent lobby or chairs to sit in so you are stuck with the small box of a room. The rooms smelt musty. The air con leaked and soaked through our suitcases. In the end we didn't bother to complain any more as it wasn't worth it. JUST DON"T BOOK THIS ONE. even if they come back and contradict what I have said, don't believe them.

Terrible Hotel!
I had room 805 on the night of Saturday 4 Dec. to Sunday 5 Dec. to join the Singapore Marathon.
While I participated in the Half Marathon somebody must have come to my room and searched all my belongings, STEALING 250 Sing.Dollar!
Upon my complaint at the reception, the staff only said nobody entered my room...
DO NOT GO HERE!

We are sorry about this unfortunate incident. The management had carried out the investigation but did not find anything suspicious. We have referred this case to the authorities and would very much encourage you to lodge a report with the police to let them handle the matter.

We are sorry you had to encounter this unpleasant situation.

Cheap, but not so great location (quiet, but not really close to anything), but fortunately taxis are cheap in Singapore and you'll find one by waiting a minute or two outside of the hotel.

Fastest check-in ever (I held the key within 10-20 seconds), and the room was relatively big (by Singapore standards...) after I paid $5 extra for a superior room. The pillow smelled a bit musty, the room could have been cleaner, but overall OK.

(+) super location if you want to only visit Universal, Sentosa & Vivocity. 2 min. walk to bus stop-3 buses go to Vivocity (3 min. ride @ $1 per adult). Monorail to Sentosa is in Vivocity and cost $3 for a return trip.
(-) not recommended for anyone who's claustrophobic
(-) very basic room with only a thin sheet as a blanket
(-) floor didn't seem very clean
(-) $145 per night for a superior twin room (super basic with no comfort) is costly. Top up another $30 and you'll get more comfort at Grand Mercure which we stayed at the next night.
