Really lively on a night, reasonably priced bars and restaurants, and rides for the kids. A must do for a lively atmoshere with nice views.
This area was a stones throw from our hotel, plenty of differnt cultural restaurants and bars, while quiet during the day by 6pm the place comes alive always very busy with plenty of bars playing live music of all choices.
If you choose to use the boat tours, be aware that it is very humid during the day and there is little cool breeze to enjoy. In all likelihood, you will be hot and sweaty so my advice is to do a boat cruise after the sun goes down.
A nice ride to know more about the history of the areas. However I find it too hot and did not enjoy the ride
Many restaurants around Boat Quay and Clarke Quay area. Nice place to watch sunsets and sometimes one can watch the fireworks display too during July if the National Day Parade Rehearsals are located at Padang or Marina Bay.
