Well its my second stay at this hotel. Everything was good from the check in till we check out. Room was clean as always. Bed was comfy. Don't have to worry about food there. Can get food around there. The staff was friendly. Will come again. Keep it up guys!

Staff were very friendly, full of smiles, this... sets the tone of your stay.
The entire premise was clean with no foul musty odors typical of smaller hotels.
The room was everything the picture in gallery would be. We took the premier room for the tub, it was clean. Even with pricey hotels you sometimes had to do a once over before taking a soak.
The only shortcoming? Sound tends to travel quite a bit. Otherwise in all other aspects, it's a great place.

I am a 27 year old male from Australia who only writes short factual reviews: here is my review of the Venue Hotel Singapore
Service: Very good. I left my bag in the back of a taxi and the guys at the front desk were prompt to help. They were always there to provide assistance where required.
Rooms: the rooms were small which I think is to be expected in Singapore for the price. The bathroom was tiny and practically impossible to use the toilet.
Wifi: Wifi worked very well across all of the hotel
Location: Easy enough to get around via taxi and by walking. Plenty of places to eat and bars to drink at in the neighborhood
Anything else: value for money considering it was a short stay. Hotels with a slightly better rating were way more expensive.

Most Important... The hotel looks exactly as its seen on the web site images... beautifully done boutique hotel. Very clean, crisp linen, good quality toiletries, Excellent decor.
Drawback- the rooms are too tiny and so are the washrooms. People with heavier body built should not venture here.
Location- Its slightly away from the main city but Joo Chiat street itself is populated with quite a few good eateries.
A good experience overall.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms were compact, clean and well equiped. Service was good with water and apples at the frontdesk and good advice on do's and don't in the Joo Chiat neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants around and Katong shopping centre with ample foodcourt options. East coast park is on walking distance 1.5 km away.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were compact but well equiped, very clean and noise free. Service was good and environment very nice. Away from downtown this a good option in Joo Chiat: price-quality good. Plenty of eateries nearby and Katong shopping centre with additional foodcourt options.
