It is really a good to experience the night safari at Singapore. Something which is quite unique. Starts at 7 pm, it has a lot to offer for wild life lovers. There are two options; you can either walk down the whole park, which will take approx 3 hrs or to take the Trail tour which lasts for 45 min. You also have options to get down the trail during the tour at designated stations.
Good food options, covering Chinese, Indian etc.
Don't miss out the lions. Kids would love this safari.
It's was great night for everything entrance the tram and the show
Just the kids little scared while seeing animal at night
Highly recommend to walk through the wallaby trail. It was really educational for my 3 boys aged 6 and below. They got to see the skeletons of kangaroos and saw how it compared against a wallaby. They saw cassowary eggs. They saw brush tailed possums and scorpions that glowed in the dark. They also saw the snakes all active. The kids loved it even though it was rather dark and they were nervous at first. The Tram is a good view but if you want to get up close, walk!!!
The Night Safari at Night Wallaby opens up an avenue for tourists to watch in awe a varied number of species of the animal kingdom. This is a great experience and a must-watch tourist spot on your Singapore itenary!! Visited in 2010 (not in dropdown).
The wallaby trail has Australian animals that accurately reflect what we have at home. Interesting to listen to people saw the possums are cute, the geckos are good and the cane toads are adorable. We would rather not have to deal with them, but they are good zoo exhibits. Do this trail instead of one of the shows.
You might have to wait a little bit because of the huge crowd but it is going to be an experience of a lifetime. We got to see Tiger and Lions openly, without any barricades in between. That was The Wow moment for this trip. I din't understand how they make sure of safety and also all these animals who kinda eat each other ; were staying in the areas next to each other...Very well planned I must say. As a tourist I could not figure out how they managed it all. The foot walk is amazing, given it is night time and it's very quite all around. You can see the animals closely from the glasses. They have made structures like caves and waterfalls to give you that sound and feel of walking in one of the jungles. The management is quite good and you need not feel unsafe at all! The live animal show was very good experience as well. Unfortunately the fire show was cancelled due to heavy wind, but I have heard that's worth watching as well.
Note** We went for 7PM show, and we reached half hour ahead of time, since we already had the tickets bought. If we do not have tickets bought already, make sure you reach well ahead of time because even for entrance there was a long queue and the tickets were SOLD out by 6:45PM or somewhere before.
