The main attraction is the safari. The true experience is when you walk down the trails after taking the safari ride. Overall the theme was good and the show was so so.

Wow, Saturday night Night Safari seemed to have most of Singapore there. Huge crowd but since there are large tours of Chinese visitors, every second row of carriages is full of the Chinese tours. Maybe they split them since the normal tour is given in English? 50 minute wait before we got to the front of the queue. We did the ride maybe 5 years ago and was very dark but this time they have lots of dim lighting so it's more of a moonlight feel. We can see plenty of animals and they still are moving about if they're nocturnal. Ride is twice what it used to be so just when you think it's ending it goes back out for the second part. Kids loved it. You have the chance to get off half way, it's fun if the kids aren't exhausted and the park keeps a carriage empty so you can get back on again.

Quite a long journey to get there. Mediocre show, then queueing for absolutely ages in the heat to get on the vehicle that takes you around the park. Strange that all the animals are exactly where the guide tells you they will be, right by the side of the road. Give it a miss.

Wow, the crowds at least on average 7000 a night which makes the cue to boad the tram a long one, but they do move fast.
Amazing to witness these array of animals, some just walking on the path and around you while on the tour. Amazing.

Night Safari, everyone tells you, is an absolute must in Singapore. Well, riding the tram, you really see a lot of animals, most of them, however, the typical ones you see in all safari parks. But it takes you a long time before you actually get to the animals - we stood in line for roughly an hour. OK, it was a Saturday Night and we had seen the "Creatures of the Night" Show before - which definitely is not worth waiting for. All in all, the whole thing is awfully touristy and not really worth the 116 S$ it costs for 4 persons.
