“No surprise this is Singapore's top attraction”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 7, 2012

Easy to see why the zoo is rated the best or second best (San Francisco Zoo) in the world. Take swimming shorts for the younger children as there is a fantastic water play area. All our visitor friends come back dazzled by their visit. Wonderful place.

“Great for kids”

If you are travelling with children, this a definite must-see. We had a fantastic morning at the zoo, even though it was raining.

“One of the best Zoos in the world”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 7, 2012

A must place to take your children. Reach early to see all the animals & shows. Should take tram & their river-cruise facilities, too. It is very clean as compared to Zoos in our country, with variety of animals.

“Zoo-perb”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 6, 2012

Was there in 2008 on a rainy day but it didn't threaten to damper the trip. What I like about the zoo is for the fact they have a little red wagon for the kids to ride in while mummy/ daddy pulls them around and that there's a neat ride for the elderly which is good as the zoo cares for the elderly. Kentucky Fried Chicken was on the menu for lunch and later washed down with a cup of Ben & Jerry's ice-cream. Yes, ice-cream on a cold day! All in all, worth every single dollar spent.

“A great way to spend a day”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 6, 2012

First and foremost, this zoo is HUGE!! If you want to do it properly, allow yourself a full day. There is just so much to see, between wandering around and the organised shows and feedings. We opted for the ticket that included the trams and boats and I definitely think that was the best way to go. The boat ride is lovely in itself and the trams are a good way to get around the premises once your legs are tired. A great variety of animals - just so much to see!
