My experience at Zouk presents a bit of a conundrum. It was labeled as the hottest club in Singapore and the lines outside led me to believe that it must live up to the hype. But upon entry instead of the sweaty dance party I envisioned, I found a mass of people standing in clusters holding drinks, mindfully bobbing their heads to the music. No macklemore-esque dance offs to be found here. If the lines for drinks were gentleman they would be described as well endowed. When/if in Singapore again I will look elsewhere to spend an evening.

With this being said I know one review won't keep most people from visiting here as it shouldn't and Zouk did have redeeming qualities. The facilities were very clean, as you would expect in Singapore and the staff was very professional. As the title says the DJ was something else. He looked like a middle school math teacher but his set was so fire he's now listed as the third biggest contributor to global climate change.

Also something to note is that in Singapore they are quite strict about people being of proper age. Just make sure you have the proper documentation to show how old you are if you're close to the legal age of 18 and you will be perfectly fine.

Friday nights are insane... but it is a great clubbing experience if you are ok with getting a bit squished! Drinks are expensive (so is the cover charge). Music is good with lots of top hits and tunes. Very "local" so you won't find many expats here. "Place to be" although there is also Attica.

We ended up here after visiting Attica for free drinks on ladies night. By around midnight the club was VERY full and everyone was having a great time. Good music.

Wanted to experience some good music and was not disappointed. The music was great and the crowd was into it. Admission was $40 SGD for men and $30 for women but we each received $30 of drink coupons.
